Return & Exchange Policy At Seraphic, each candle is handmade with care, and we want you to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Returns Due to the nature of handmade products, we currently do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, scent preference, etc.). However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll be happy to help. To be eligible for a return or replacement: The candle must be unused and in its original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase. Photos of the damage or issue may be required. **Unboxing Video is Must in such case** Exchanges We only replace items that are: Damaged during shipping Incorrect (wrong scent, size, or item sent) If you need to exchange an item, email us at seraphiccandlestore@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Non-Returnable Items Used candles Custom or personalized orders Sale items or limited editions Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Shipping for Returns/Exchanges If your item was damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping. We’re a small business and we truly appreciate your support! Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests. Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+92455c4f54294e6b8ca91b1512a5c6be@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
